Republican Precinct Committeemen
Republican Precinct Committeemen (PC) are our neighborhoods Party leaders. A PC, proactively shares our powerful tenets of Freedom, Equality, Opportunity, Limited Government, Low Taxes, Strong National Security, and The Right to Life to neighbors. By embracing and aggressively promoting these tenets within in each precinct, the word is spread that Republicans want to empower every citizen to achieve his or her God-given potential regardless of race, color, creed, or zip code. By encouraging each one’s potential, the Republican Party supports each citizen to thoroughly enjoy their unalienable rights, including life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Want Better Candidates?
Our Precinct Committeemen are the most direct contact point for both fellow and potential Republicans in the immediate neighborhood. Through direct contact, there is opportunity to influence the outcome of elections by educating neighbors on important issues, introducing our Republican candidates to the precinct, getting voters to the polls, and directly interacting with other Party leaders. Our Republican Party needs strong and active PCs to bring St. Clair County voters to our just cause. Working together with other PCs, we’ll achieve our goal of turning St. Clair County red!
How to Become
If you are interested in becoming part of the grassroots movement of the Party, contact the County Chairman for an interview. This will be a time to learn more details and ask questions. If, by chance, your precinct already has a PC, you can become a Deputy PC and assist In all the duties of a precinct committeeman.
