St. Clair County Republican Party

The St. Clair County (Illinois) Republican Central Committee is the official local organization of the Republican Party. Our grassroots organization is responsible for getting out the vote to elect Republican candidates in local, state and federal campaigns.
The St. Clair County Republican Central Committee is organized by around 100 precinct committeemen. Every two years, the precinct committeemen vote to elect a chairman, vice chairman, treasurer and secretary. The precinct committeemen also vote for a State Central Committeeman.
The Hon. Jon McLean currently serves as Chairman. He has been Chairman since May 2009.
